Write an e-mail to: info@oybo.it for any information about Oybō online shopping.


You can buy online on www.oybo.it using PayPal as payment method.
Once you have confirmed your order, you will be redirected to PayPal login page: from here you can complete the payment.


According to the delivery country there may be local taxes and duties for your order.
If we are able to calculate import fees for you, they will be added to your order total before you check out.
For the countries where taxes and duties cannot be calculated beforehand, you will be asked to pay them at delivery to the courier.

Your shipping

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a code, given us by the courier: thanks to this, connecting to the courier website, you will have the possibility to follow your shipping in any moment.
To verify your shipping you just need to follow the instructions included in the e-mail you will receive.
The courier deliveries from Monday to Friday, office time. No appointments can be fixed. If you are not present to receive the delivery, the courier tries at least other once/twice another delivery. The orders not delivered after a series of attempts will be returned to warehouse.

Return policy

To make your Oybō shopping experience perfect, we offer you the possibility to return us back the item you purchased, in case it does not satisfy you completely.

Please email us at info@oybo.it and state your name, e-mail, order number, which goods you wish to return within and not beyond 10 days from the date you received the delivery: we'll write you all the information you need to return the items.
